The majority of our work revolves around office based energy consumption, in fact we have just finished the outfit of a Manhattan office where we predict our client will save up to 35% on their energy bill. This is typical for a Manhattan executive suite, that we work on. However, the average reduction that we can bring to any company can be even higher, as there are a lot of simple techniques that can be instantly implemented. In fact, these tips are usually just common sense advice but a lot of people just over-look. As a result we try to create specific procedures that staff can easily follow. We also offer other more in-depth and high-tech services but the above are included in our standard package. A lot of the time we also carry out energy reduction interventions with staff to train them on how to reduce the energy that they waste at work.
